Example: 1.2267 in C2
Get it in 1 cell, enter formula, =TEXT(C2/24,"[h]° mm' ss'' ")
Get it in 3 diff cells, enter as follows
for Degrees, =INT(C2)
for Minutes, =MINUTE(C2/24)
for Seconds, =SECOND(C2/24)

Formula for Deg Min Sec to Degree Decimals

If in 3 Different Cells,
Example: 1° in C1, 13' in D1, 36" in E1
Enter Formula, =C1 + D1/60 + E1/60/60
